What about total cost?  It depends on how quickly you progress and how often you train, but as a rule of thumb a private pilot rating will cost approximately $4000-$4500 (not including cost of exams and materials).  We provide quality training....be wary of flight schools promising quick, low cost programs....your safety depends on your skill!
